patient policies and procedures
Dr. Yang is not currently accepting new patients.
new patients:
The first three visits are regarded as an "Evaluation Period" to give a chance for both the patient(s) and Dr. Yang to determine whether a therapeutic relationship can be established. Both the patient(s) and Dr. Yang must feel the relationship can be positive and beneficial before continuing beyond the initial three visits, and no commitment to treatment on either the part of the patient(s) or Dr. Yang is established prior to this discussion. Evaluation Period visits are billed at the same rate as any other visit.
insurance:
At this time, Dr. Yang is not accepting insurance, however she will be happy to provide patients with a "Superbill" which patients may submit to their insurance company for full or partial reimbursement, as per their insurance company's policies.
24 hour cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of a patient's appointment time. If a patient does not cancel their appointment 24 hours or more prior to their scheduled appointment time, they are responsible for the full fee for the appointment.
